I watched "Troy" for the first time yesterday and I must say that it is an EXCELLENT movie! I would give it an A-
Very powerful, fantastic acting, beautiful score (naturally it would be. James Horner is the best composer out there), plenty of action, massive character development....etc...etc....etc.
Although Achilles was "cool" in the sense of the Lone Ranger who submits to know one, I must admit that I thought Prince Hector was my favorite character. He was a man of great integrity, honor, devotion to his country, and love and faithfulness to his wife and child. Eric Bana played his part perfectly.
Everyone who has not seen this movie....well you MUST!! Apollo demands it! ..............what?

I have not seen Alexander. And to be honest, I'm not for sure that I'd like it. Not that I'm against homosexuals, but I admit that I'd find it really gross to watch a movie where the main character expresses those kinds of feelings towards another man.
But darn right! Troy is amazing!
