FIREFLY
Alright, if you haven't seen the show Firefly...YOU MUST! I will make this claim that it is definitely my favorite show. THAT'S RIGHT! Even more than friends. BLASPHEMER!!!! I am guilty as charged. Spring 2006
Its about the time for signing up for classes next semester. Here's the classes that I am taking:
Elementary Hebrew II
World History II
Theological Seminar
Biblical Interpretations
History of Theology II
The way my schedule works out is pretty descent. However, after leaving schools on Monday around 1145, I have to come back at 630 for my Bib Inter class. Since it is only once a week the class is from 630-930. In all honesty, I am not too bothered by it being three hours, I just don't want to have to drive BACK to campus once I left. But hey, I'll look on the bright side and say "THATS the time in which I can do the homework for that class....instead of over the weekend. MWAHAHAHA!"
Anyways, my weekend was fantastic. Rebecca came and visited me! :) :) Yes, she is very sweet. Church was really good and......my powerpoint was extended till Monday!! BOOM BABY!!

I usually would watch Halloween I and II with my dad (which has been a tradition for the past 5 years) and then I would watch Nightmare Before Christmas and Blair Witch Project with Ryan. But, obviously that won't be happening anytime soon.

Home Alone
My cousins are going to New York as of 300pm today. Its Cyrus' birthday today and they are heading to the East to celebrate. And that means....ALL ALONE BABY!!! That's right! Just me and the crib...and Pumpkin too. Not much else to say, besides I'm still looking for the job and the one guy didn't call me back yesterday (like he said), so I e-mailed him again. I will not be chased away that easy!!!
That's it for now. COME FORTH WEEKEND. Oh yeah, I also have to work a few hours on my power point project as well as study for an English Mid-Term. So besides those two things, I'm sure the weekend will be warmly welcomed.

Mid-Terms
This week is Mid-Terms week!! WooHOOOO!!! Oh how I loooove tests! *starts mumbling about something spawned from Satan*
Actually, this week won't be too terrible. I only have two mid-terms, but one of them is English (and those can always be a little tricky) and the other is with my New Testament class (and it will be rather long). So I will have to do a good amount of time studying this week, PLUS I will need to get started on my Power Point Project for next Wednesday. Darn twenty slide power point!! I'm not complaining...honestly!! I'm grateful for school...I just want to play video games all day. LOL. Kidding.
Wait......oh whatever. BRING ON THE TESTS!!

The road home - family harmony
I'm heading home this weekend. I'm so excited! I haven't been home in a few weeks and I get to see Rebecca again! SWEEEET! And I've also missed my little dog. aaww, cute little Pepsi. Hey, if you've met my dog, you would know what I'm talking about.
Anyways, I'm going to post something thats a little sentimental. YOU ARE WARNED!
I want to briefly discuss my brother Josh. Josh is one of the coolest people I know. He's honest, sincere, and truly cares about his friends and family. He's responsible and is always there when you need him. He's been such a good friend to me throughout the years and I wouldn't be where I am at today if it wasn't for him. Even when I was little and I was always trying to provoke him to fight, he would remain calm and would treat me like a loving brother. I've always admired my brother in many ways and I've never told him so. So, my brother, I know I've never said these exact words before, and I know I'm not technically doing it now (considering I'm typing them), but I love you very much. You are the best brother a person could have.
No matter the twists and turns in life, I will always be there for you. My brother, my blood, my friend.

The JoB Hunt (scary theme plays in the background)
I'm presently looking for a job. I've applied to a country club and a warehouse storage place for the police department. I'm a little restricted in my scheduling though. Its possible for me to work nights, but thats the best time I have for studying (plus I study better at night) so I'm keeping those times open for my schooling. Tuesdays and Thursdays are my days I can work. I hope that won't be too much of a restriction. The good news is that my last class on both days is 11AM. So I could easily work 6 hour shifts (or possibly more) on both days. So, hopefully things will work out. Oh yes, considering I'm heading back home for Christmas break, I will only be able to work till December 16th. All in all, I pray that there will be jobs that can work with that schedule and time frame.

Stuuuuuff
I had a absolutely wonderful time in San Diego. Surprised anyone? The Romeo and Juliet play was really good. A live play is just...awesome. However, I do have to admit that I was surprised at how many sexual references were in the play itself. I always knew of some parts of Shakespeare's work that contained sexual references, but after watching the play...wow! I could not believe the explicit nature of some of the words. All in all, it was very enjoyable.
This upcoming weekend I will be heading back down to San Diego. My school is having an "Outreach Week" where people can volunteer to be a part of a "missions" group. So we have no class from Wednesday through Sunday. Yo Jamie! Toby!! Maybe we can do something Wednesday night??? If not, we will need to see if something can happen next week.
I'm learning about Angels and Demons in my Christian theology class. So I will pose a question to all who read. Do you believe in Angels? Demons? If so, what exactly do you believe? I thought it would be fun to ask. Have an awesome day!
